App Policy Installations Failing Silently on Large Android Fleet — No Error Feedback

We manage around 600 Android Enterprise devices across retail stores and distribution centres. We recently pushed an updated version of our inventory management app via an App Policy and approximately 80 devices — all in one specific store location — failed to install the update. The devices show as compliant in MobiControl and no alert was raised. I only discovered the problem when store staff reported the app was showing an older version. My questions: (1) Is there a way to see failed app installations proactively? (2) Can I retry failed installations in bulk? (3) Why would a single location fail consistently while the rest of the fleet succeeded?
