Hi everyone, we are running SOTI MobiControl 2025.0 managing approximately 340 Android Enterprise Work Managed devices across three warehouse sites. We recently started rotating our Zebra TC57 device fleet — wiping and redeploying units between shifts — and we are seeing a problem where factory-reset devices are creating brand new device records in MobiControl instead of re-enrolling into the existing record. This is burning through our device licenses and cluttering the Devices Dashboard with stale duplicate entries we then have to manually clean up. Zero-Touch is configured and the enrollment policy is correct — devices enroll successfully, they just always create new entries. Has anyone dealt with this?
